Ingredients:
350g of baking chocolate
225g of semi-salted butter
4 eggs
350g of sugar
200g of flour
2g of baking powder (not baking soda)
2g of salt
2g of cinnamon
60g of walnuts (optional)
Steps:
- Melt baking chocolate and butter together over hot water. Let mixture cool.
- Beat four eggs.
- Add eggs to the chocolate mixture.
- Add sugar and blend completely into the chocolate/butter mixture.
- Sift flour together with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Stir flour mixture into chocolate mixture.
- Grease two baking pans.
- Pour the mixture into the pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 30-35 minutes.
